1.Return Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2.Change of Mind Returns
Items returned due to a "change of mind" must be in the original condition in which they were received. This means:
New Items: Must be returned unused, undamaged, and unworn.
Item Integrity: Items must not be damaged, missing parts, or rendered unsellable due to customer negligence, misuse, or tampering.
No Alterations: Items must not have been resized, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.
Packaging: All packaging and documentation (e.g., boxes, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, etc.) must be returned with the item.
3.Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping cost is non-refundable (only the purchase price of the item will be refunded).
Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for quality-related issues.
5.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Processing Time: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@cybertop.com.au.
6.How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cybertop.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
